About These Terms

These terms govern your use of https://givengo.org ("the site"), operated by Give N Go, a North Carolina nonprofit serving Charlotte-Mecklenburg workforce development. Using the site means you agree to these terms.

Programs and Eligibility

Give N Go offers tuition-free training programs in trades and technology, including PACT (Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training), HVAC, electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry, fiber optics, IT support, cybersecurity, and entry-level coding. Programs are subject to enrollment, eligibility review, and capacity. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Program structure, schedules, and partner participation can change.

Use of the Site

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when contacting us, applying, or referring a student.
• Use the site lawfully and respectfully.
• Not interfere with the site's operation, security, or other users.

Content Ownership

All site content, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Give N Go or our licensors. You may share short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce program curricula, partner identifying material, or branded marks without written permission.

Third-Party Resources

We link to or reference partners such as the U.S. Department of Labor, CompTIA, Cisco, Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte, and North Carolina Central University. Those organizations are independent. Their content and policies are their own.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We make the site available on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, salary, hiring, or apprenticeship placement. Outcomes depend on the trainee, employer demand, and external factors.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Give N Go is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to applicable nonprofit law.

Donations and Sponsorships

Donations support tuition-free training. Tax-deductibility, sponsorship benefits, and recognition tiers are described separately for each fund. Refund policy: gifts are generally non-refundable; contact us for special cases.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
